James Ingramic ka ba?Just once!

"I did my best but i guess my best wasn't good enough.."
striking line from famous James Ingram song
that connote acceptance of failure or being disregarded.

In my job wherein there's always a robust competition
to test your determination, skills and potentials
that may lead to acceptance and worst-rejection.
you should deal with it in your most gracious ways.
During this disheartening times,it requires you to be more kind and broad-minded.

di sapat o di kaya'y mas lalong ikakapangit ng isang obra or presentation.
so you better out!

2.For some people, accepting this situation of failure may appear hard for them to embrace
but you should respect the views and opinions of others that differ from your own,
I suggest you to add civility to all mean-spirited individuals.

3.Huwag kang mag ngangawa jan hanggang sa humandusay nlang
because of depression and disappointment.
Look for swift justice!kung kaya mong ipaglaban do and go for it!

James Ingramic ba,Just once!

but if you're a victim of politics in your company-(eto yung may mas ibang pinapaboran kaysa sa iyo kasi magaling sumipsip), then stop the fight and toe the line instead.

4.If the people loves you it means they love what you do,
if the poeple envy you it means you can do better than them-

Go lang.

The sign of being mature person is in how you stand up and move on after someone refuse to acknowledge you and your craft.

Happy Feeter Ako!

I'm pertaining to Ramonito at Bambi of Happy Feet- siblings that fun of
watching tap dance videos in internet ,practice it,dance together and
competed in recently concluded Pilipinas Got Talent Season 2 where they
bagged 2nd place through text votes and resident judges Ai Ai delas Alas,
Kris Aquino and Freddie FMG Garcia.

Embodied with probinsiyano values and humility-naging isang magandang
experience sa akin ang makihalubilo sa kanila.

Ramonito, the eldest was so talkative and very appreciative because he never
imagined the large number of crowd in the gymnasium.
"Daghan kaayo ug tao nuh?!kaila ba na sila sa amoa? he humbly asked to me,

tlaga!

"Wala man gud mi kabalo nga daghan mangingilad sa Manila, wala mi kabalo kay probinsiyano lang man gud mi."
-my heart was tearing apart when i heard that line from Ramon-

Then i said with emphaty "ayaw sulti ana ui, naa moy talent! mao ng importante, cge lang kwarta lang na, dali lang na makita, ang importante safe mo.!

When I turn my back to approach Michael for make-up retouch, I can't help
but cry.Di ko mapigilang maiyak sa narinig ko.

When the siblings ended their performance, I immediately approach them on
centerstage to hand them the microphone as they gave thanks to all the
people who supported them all through out
at Nagyakapan ang magkapatid-
sigawan at palakpakan ang narinig ko sa paligid while watching the two
persons overjoyed with love and support by people.

Then i realized things, that i should value my brothers and sister for they are
my family.-

Thank you Happy feet!- It's not about the color of your skin or where you from but It's all about your talent and character!
