sad of goodbye



to say goodbye is the most bravest act that i will do in life..
the pain and the intense anger were running through my veins
to the point i asked myself, why someone really need to leave?



sana nagkaroon ng seminar or workshop para mapagaralan ang pag alis o pagkawala ng isang bagay nuh para mas mapaghahandaan ko, matutunan at kayanin nlang ang hirap ng iiwan..



goodbye is not an end but i guess its the start of something new-yung bago lahat-bagong experience na wala na yung bagay na kinagisnan ko.face it and move on.

maaring mahirap nga sa simula pero masasanay din ako-mwawala din ang sakit at patuloy din akong maghihintay at aasang magiging ok din ang lahat.

How to Handle Difficult and Incompetent Boss

A superior who is incompetent has a negative impact in working environment
and productivity-that may result to poor quality of work and low workplace
morale.

Some companies promoted the employee as a superior not only in
good performance evaluation and educational attainment
but first on the seniority basis (kung may napapansin ng ugat sa paa dahil sa katandaan na sa
kompanya)

second if he loves to eat Crab mentality( ako ang bida at magaling ngayon
dahil sinabotahe kita)

and last is sip squared or should i say sip sip.
How to solve this? Looking for a new job to escape on this dilemma is not a true solution.
Harapin ito in professional ways at alamin ang dapat gawin sa mga ganitong nakakawindang na sitwasyon.

1. Evaluate yourself- Subukang tanungin ang sarili if over acting ka nga lang
ba on some issue that your boss has raised. Constructive criticism can help
you personally.Iwasang maawa sa sarili at punuin ang galit sa dibdib dahil sa
pampupuna ng boss mo sa iyong mga ginagawa-Face it and live with it!

2.Mapanuri-Mapagmatyag-Matanglawin!-Notice if he treated all employees
the same or you are just targeted by him or being singled out.Pero kung sa
iyo niya lang ito ginagawa marahil ika'y biktima ng malaking kakulangan ng
isang lider para mamuno. Simply accept the situation as part of your work
environment or else,die!

3.Be Professional. Talk to your boss directly, address the situation in a
mature and professional manner in private. Observe Communication Protocol if needed.Let him know what you feel and ask him how to correct
the mistakes pero pagka wala siyang idea, well, do what is right!but if it will not
work, talk to a human resource representative for your complaint that will
officially documented.

Tips and warning:

1.Avoid discussing workplace problems with co-workers it may worsen the
situation-abstain from the topic and do your best at all times.

2.Stay away in a bullying workplace that may affect your performance, you
will never know they will make you a contender in a pit for cockfights.. you
versus your boss.

I take the blame.My apology.


If It was an attempt to be witty and smart, then you failed miserably.

Please don't be so mean. and you opted to use this medium to express yourself due to intense anger, then I consider that,

but to use this venue to insult and demean others then you went wrong . As you reduced one's worth/character, it made you smile? or contented?
well you are trying to prove to people that you are SMART that anyone could agree or conform
to your egregious statement.
My brain and even my kidney is trying to filter your insolence.

I AM not fighting you here, i just want to talk with you and trying to preserve one precious thing-FRIENDSHIP.

I admit that I made trait of acting stupid.It was never my intention or anyone to look down or accused you.

Misguided comedy aside, what i meant to infer was a joke, to provoke laughter! but i failed!

I take the blame.My apology.

we should not fight and i hope we can work together in changing this paradigm.

I don't expect to be forgiven by you but i do hope my friends were treated kindly!

I love you friend and i hope we let bygones be bygones!
