Here comes the June este Bride pala!

June is the famous month to get married. It's the best time because it's post summer so its warm and perfect for garden or outdoor wedding. The flowers starting to fully bloom and the garden is so green, in short ang daming arte! idadamay mo pa ang mga halaman at bulaklak sa kagustuhan mong gumanda ang wedding mo. di nga din naman kita masisi eh kung bakit you really wanted it to be perfect, yung gusto mo lahat parang fairy tale.yung parang pang happily ever after- namulat nga naman talaga tayo sa mga prinsesa sa alamat at kwento, kaya ganun ang ideal na kasal ng iilan.

As a host, most of the time i got emotional when i saw everyone smiling and sometimes crying  during wedding day,especially the bride and groom. Kumaka-crayola din ako nuh- ewan ko nga ba kung bakit?! di ko madescribe yung feeling na sobrang saya ko para sa bagong mag asawa.daig ko pa ang ninang at ninong nila.hahaha

Here's my tips para sa mga wedding attendees: sila ang mga bisita, part ng entourage at mga kamag anak ng mga bagong ikinasal.

1.Be the early bird- the early bird catches the lechon! ahahha. kaloka!- Dapat maging maaga kayo sa simbahan or sa event's place- Huwag niyong paghintayin ang Pari at  huwag mong bigyan ng stress ang mga matatandang staffs ng simbahan- Lalo na't part ka ng entourage, hay naku, huwag mong sirain ang show- parang awa mo na. And please occupy the first row ng upuan, huwag kang matakot sa pastor o pari na sesermonan ka about Pre-marital sex, pakapalan na ng mukha yan.

2.The many-ier not the better- di ibig sabihin kapag invited ka eh invited na din ang buong angkan mo sa kasal- naka head count po ang pagkain sa reception at naka budget ang souveniers- huwag mong dalhin ang mga barkada mo at family members mo kapag ka di naman talaga sila invited-di po ito clan o batch reunion.

3.Brides MAID ka! MAID! as in KA-TU-LONG! huwag kang umupo lang at minu-minuto ay nag reretouch na parang isa ka sa mga bisita- You received that role on wedding kaya dapat gampanan mo ng maayos- you should lead the guest to their seats, mamigay ng corsage at flowers sa godparents, encourage the crowd to participate and attend the needs of visitors, - huwag kang maarte! maganda ka lang at huwag mong ipagsabay ang dalawang yan.ok?! Tips para sa mga Bride- you should inform your bride's maids on what to do and please make it sure na kilala ka nila at close talaga kayo! Sila ang mga dahilan kung bakit successful o palpak ang show.

4. Eat and Run- May mga tao talagang ganito- kapag tapos na silang kumain ay aalis na bitbit ang supot ng take out!- ang kakapal! You committed your time para sa wedding ,dapat mainitindihan mong part ka ng kasalang ito, from the start until the end of the program.. Di po ito Jollibee na kapag ka tapos kana sa lafang eh maglalaho ka nlang bigla. Kabastusan po yan para sa aming part ng organizing team at lalo na rin sa newly wed couple.

5.Calling all the Single Ladies- eto yung pinaka madugong part ng wedding reception- ang "Throwing of Bouquet"-Push and Pull to! pipilitin mo pa ang mga babaeng single na tumayo sa gitna at saluhin lang naman ang bulaklak ng bride- Bisita ka, kaya magparticipate ka! yung iba, tinatawag na nga ang pangalan- eh, di pa tatayo! cause ka ng delay ate! di kanaman masyado kagandahan pero pinapa init mo ang ulo ng Bride at ng Organizers. Tapos kapag ka tinapon na ang maganda at mahal na bouquet- eh walang sasalo! nasa sahig nalang ang kumpol ng bulaklak na lamog! kung di pa naman kayo tanga! ang linaw ng instruction na mag uunahan lang naman kayong saluhin yan.Sinasabotahe niyo ang ganda ng flow ng program.Nakakainis na!

Galit na ako huh! hahaha kidding.
Irespeto naman sana ang oras at kagustuhan ng newly wed couple-
huwag mong balahurain ang palabas.
This is their winning and priceless moment and let them shine. Don't be a scene stealer!
Kasal nila ito at di mo wedding! maghintay ka! gaga!

Travel: China with Love

Naka schedule na ang China Booking Trip for this year sa buwan ng May.
Part na ng trabaho ko ang maglakwatsa at rumampa sa iba't ibang lugar, and I'm happy doing it. Ang lakas maka artista!haha
This time sa China with Love na naman ang lipad ko!

Death defying ang flight! Mula Manila, expect na namin na sa Canton Airport ng Guangzhou kami bababa,
eh dahil sa malakas na ulan at may malakas na hangin pa, halos dalawang oras din kami sa himpapawid, afraid ang ate nyo! ng biglang magsalita na ang piloto ng China Southern Airlines
Syempre Chinese muna ang salita bago na translate sa english.
ang sabi magla-land daw muna kami sa Shenchen Airport. Di ko naman alam kung san yun!pero when i saw it sa map, eh parang gensan-davao lang ang layo.
We stayed there almost 3 hours, dun sa part na naman ng lugar na iyon umulan ng malakas so ang resulta-di na tuloy kami makalipad-stress na ang mga intsik na kasama ko, at ako, pilit ko nilalakasan ang loob sa pamamagitan ng pag sa-sight seeing sa mga cute na nakasakay din sa eroplano!
pero may halong kaba at kaduwagan pa din akong naramdaman, hahay kapag ka minamalas ka nga naman- sobra sobra talaga.
Happily nakaland ang plane namin sa Canton at safe kaming lahat. kawawa lang iyong may mga connecting flights.

Kahit noong first time ko dito, namangnha ako tlaga., China is a lovely place, ang ganda ng roads and highways, may mga bulaklak kahit saan, isang parang malaking garden ang China. haha

what i love most in travelling is Shopping, kahit walang anda/pera go window shopping lang ang emote!

at last, natapos din, here i am with may UNIQLO paper bag. ahaha para atles alam niyong may nabili naman ako dun. kaya lang SALE na siya pero ok na din.

hahah makulet na waitress ng isang restaurant- eh parang Unite Nation ang ganap! may pa-peace sign pa kaming dalawa!

Alam kong work  ang pinunta ko sa China, pero dahil sa kalandian at kagagahan ko talaga eh di niyo na maiaalis sa akin ang mga ganitong pasabog-

"sa likod ng bawat saya at ganda ng isang larawan- di nakikita ang nakatagong hirap at sakit na nararamdaman"

Flavors Restaurant at Holiday Inn and Suites in Makati

Sa kahit anung trabaho at kuskos na  pupuntahan ko, I make it sure that i will be enjoying their food and the place. Eh,when I went to Levi's Key Retailer's Meeting for Fall Holiday Collection, kung saan magkikita-kita ang mga Donya at Don ng Pilipinas na nagmamay ari ng mga  malls at shops ng Levi's para sa launching ng bago nilang mga stocks- at isa ako dun! ahaha di namn ako donya kundi, nagdodonyadonyahan lang!. Napili nila ang Makati sa paandar nilang ganito. hahaa

So for sure ang lafangan talaga ng naging highlights ng event. Sa may Flavors Restaurant located in the same building- buffet style sya at parang yakimix ang ganap. Nung tinanong ko yung attendant if mahal ba yung pakain ng Levi's, eh ang  sabi niya mahal nga daw at di ko nalang din tinanong yung presyo baka pagbayarin pako nila.hahaha

salad corner- naging kaharian ito ng mga taong nagbubulagbulagan sa kanin at extra pang kanin. kumpleto ang lugar na ito sa kahit anu nung gusto mong salad at dahon at iba pang halamang nakakain.

so medyo di ako masyado nag meat kaya i opted this battered milkfish! ang sarap at nalulusaw nalang ito bigla sa bibig mo. ahahaa. oa na ang description ko!

cakes! bongga din ito. tipid tipid lang sila kasi pakunti kunti lang yung slice- less quantity at more variety! pak!.

and the desert! eh sigurado nmn tlagang walang aatras dito nuh sa sobrang sarap at colorful! di ko mapigilan ang sarap ng creme brulee !

Bongga nga naman talaga ang Levi's at sa Flavors Restaurant sa mga paandar nilang pagkain sa amin.

It's Levi's time!

Last May 7, 2014 I'm so lucky to be part of the most anticipated and fun Key Retailer's Meeting of Levi's Mens and Women at Holiday In and Suites at Makati City.

The Levi's presented their Fall Holiday Collection for the months of July to December 2014.
The sample items are from Malaysia and most of the styles are fit for the Philippine climate and fashion.
The trendy yet comfortable outfit of Levi's will be out soon in your favorite shops and malls, and KCC Malls are ready to serve you these Levi's items.

The chino khaki pants and blue plaid polo woven that this model is wearing is a must have for all male.

 He is Sky!

John Hall of Survivor Philippines is the model also for this mini fashion show

 the cut and the plaids woven are best for holiday season. Levi's invaded the Philippine fashion by creating jeans and tops for Filipino consumers.

this girl is also fashionable and chic. she's also beautiful that she presented so well the denim pants and tops for ladies.

Summer Time: Garden City of Samal Island

Every Summer, dapat may pasabog na get away ang barkada!
at naisipang sa Garden City of Samal Island namin  gawin, It's my first time to vist the place too, kaya na excite aketch!.
We rent a van from Gensan to Davao mga 3500 din yun, pera ang na declare ni kuya konduktor ayy 2500 so sa kanya yung isang libo, paraparaan nga para mabuhay diba?
Ok lang yun diskarte niya nmn yun para kumita eh. basta maihatid lang kami ng maayos sa Samal!

at eto na nga ang ngyari!.

we stayed at Camp Holiday na walking distance lang  from the wharf, huwag ka lang huminga ng 30 seconds at makikita mo na yung hotel. ang ganda ng area at facilities, may pool at ang gara ng room. kudos din sa mga staffs ang babait nila at nakahanap sila ng ways para tlaga sa amin  kahit na wala kaming reservations.

Bb. Pilipinas Winners, ahaha eh ako si MJ Lastimosa-haha kaloka- preparation na yan for the first activity of the day-Ang Canopy Walk sa Maxima Resorts. bongga dito. andaming activities, nakakapagod lang yung paakyat at pababa pero sulit ang mga water sports. ahaha

Water Blob!- nakakatawa ang water sports na eto- parang taeng tumapon sa kawalan. ahaha. nag enjoy ako dito pero medyo semplang sa mga unang attempt, ngunit nabawi ko din last part. ahahha. Sa Maxima Water Adventure din eto.

You will not enjoy your Samal trip if di mo napupuntahan ang super lamig na falls ng Hagimit, para kang nagbabad sa ice  plant sa sobrang lamig ng tubig. Di ko lang masyado na enjoy yung moment kasi nga sa sobrang dami ng utaw sa paligid. lahat naghahanap ng pwesto para malublob ang sarili kahit papapano.

dito ako nag enjoy! ang BAT CAVE! Sineskwela ang peg- very educational! ang daming new information. this is how i really love travelling kc madami akong natutunang bago- katulad ng bat cave na eto. Guinness ang levels sa sobrang dami ng paniki nuh-party everyday sila-kakainggit.. ahaha. Monfort Bat Colony is one of the best places in Samal- pero mas na intriga ako sa chismis ng pamilya- na ampon lang daw yung may ari at may hapon at amerikanong habol habol sa kanila noon dahil sa lupa kaya nagtago sila sa cave kung saan naka stay na ngayon ang mga kapamilya ni Batman. ahahah. chismosa dba!?

To Tourism Officer

It was never in my idea to join Gaigai to Mahin Festival in Gumasa, Glan, Sarangani Province.
But since she was still heartbroken(actually, as always) and into the process of healing and moving on na daw so i joined the group then we created  The Team Mahin.

According to my research that Mahin is a  Blaan word for "beach" signifying the tranquility, calmness and the mysteries of water while they incorporate also this term to pay respect and tribute to the first tribal groups of Glan.Oh,Thank you Google for saving my life again!

We were so very happy na nakarating kami ng Glan na safe, ang ganda ng concrete roads and the scenery going there is superb.
we went to beach agad for the  compulsory "groupie" shot- we posted immediately the pics on IG, twitter and FB using the #mahin so that we could invite people from nearby to visit the beautfil beach of Glan.Feeling ko effective nmn kasi nagdatingan pa yung iba from Gensan.that's the power of media!fruk.

The Big event that night was the Mahin Bodies- its a pageant of both men and women in different summer wear. The host DJ Justine B of MOR was very witty to open the program. There are fanatastic dancers from creative artistic group of Glan and the firedancers who are very brave and very good with their skills na sana nakapag ensayo ng maigi at nailagay sila sa tamang consepto ng programa,Then the show became dragging, the contestants are showing their bodies(bikini open nga db?), strike thier post as if there's no tomorrow, I saw the last year's Mahin Bodies and the pose of the ladies are different- nag iiba, parang nagiibang anyo at katauhan na sila. This is really a competition and gumagawa sila ng mga gestures and pose na annoying na tlaga, and slutty ang dating- Men are more composed on stage.

It's almost midnight when they FINALLY  announced the winners, I love the results since yung mga bet namin eh pasok naman sa banga. Nashock kami sa low budgeted na sash- parang ribbon lang at nilagyan ng elmer's glue at binudburan ng silver dust. it could be better if nag pa print sila ng tarpaulin at ginupit nila yun at presto! ang no-hagu-sash!
 The big bands with complete musical instruments are the highlights, they perform enthusiastically on stage, but mas mabuti sana if early nagstart ang performance nila kasi you could see the interactions of the crowd and the people happily dancing to the reggae tune.

When I went home, i saw Sir Avel's photo about the Mahin Bodies, and i posted my comments in the comments box saying " the show is dragging, at parang di pinaghandaan ang sash, at ang gwapo ng katabi mong judge"

then I received these messages:

To the shows organizer and tourism staff of Mahin Festival:

It was just an observation of mine as an avid fan of Mahin Festival- congratulations for the job well done.
and to the member of tourism office- please be kind also to PM me such word of inquiries. My comment to Sir Avel's picture about the Mahin is not to demean you guys and the program but it's a constructive criticism- that i hope and wish you to accept.
Di po kailangan na well renowned choreographer or director ako para magbigay ng komento sa mga nakita ko about the event. and to that officer who PM me- I'm not coming from hell . you could have para-phrase your statement base on your educational attainment and status as a tourism officer of Glan. That's how you treat tourists?  if you heard some sort of comments regarding your place or an event, take every word as a challenge to evaluate the tourism program and not to question someone's credibility and achievements.
Either verbal, in paper,in FB comment box still these are all comments that should be well taken.
eh kung ayaw niyo naman pala ng comments, eh di na sana po di nlang kayo ng invite ng crowd.

I have a big respect to the event organizers and the officers of Glan, kasi alam ko ang hirap at pagod na pinagdadaanan ng lahat-kasi I myself is from events too, I used to host celebrities during their concerts and mall shows in Gensan and Marbel, I'm a creative and production staff of Mark D Spot that specializes in handling events and  pageants such as Miss Silka South Central Mindanao and Ginoo at Binibining Heneral Santos 2014, I'm not bragging these achievements but I want you to know that, we, in our team accepted every comments either good or bad, because that will serve as a teacher for us to change and grow.English po yan para intense!

see!? nawalan kami pero wala kaming sinisi na mga security and police, kasi katangahan nga naman ng kasama ko yun at di maiiwasan yun sa dami ng tao- pero nagalit ba kami?nambintang? nagbash ?wala! di nmn ahh.. pero bakit si tourism officer kung maka PM sa akin ganun,, anyareh?! first-time?!

Mabuhay ka Pacman! oh sige na nga pati na rin ikaw PacMom!

Last Sunday April 13, 2014 was the fight of the decade between Timothy Bradley and Filipino Champ Manny Pacquiao.

Tinalo ng mga umbag ni Manny ang Amerikanong si Timothy. Bongga nmang umiwas sa mga kamao ni Pacman itong si Bradley pero dumaan ang ilang rounds napagod din siya, ngunit di siya sumko hanggang sa huling round.

At ang resulta si Manny Pacquiao ang nanalo-
Timothy was kind enough to accept her defeat. He went to Manny and talk to him as if they were friends for a long time.I admire Bradley for being a good sport and for showing to us the essence of game-that when you lose the title, you're still a winner because you did your best.Thank you Bradley.

At ang agaw eksena sa lahat si Mommy D.na trending sa twitter local and international. ahaha
They say that Mommy D is chanting and casting spell to the opponent but I guess di niya ginawa yun, In fact She's praying! She's holding a rosaries and novena booklet and She's armed with full emotions that gestures and hand signal could explain. Pero anu man yun, EPIC ka Mommy D! as I always say it, you are an Icon!

She even went on stage and hugged Bradley !
